not a fan of Dave Smith stuff... dunno why.

this is a better advertising video, if nothing else. maybe it's a better drum machine too.

Dave says in the demo video that any of the digital oscs can use a sample as a basic oscillator. Each voice is a full sound is made up of 2 analog & 2 digital oscillators, the filters and FX.

It looks like a really awesome piece of kit but at $1999 I don't think I can really justify getting one unless I win the lotto or something :)

Yeah but that option of load samples is coming in the later versions. He was on gearslutz last night doing q and a. Im with you though, its just that bit to expensive for someone like me to afford. :cry:

I really like his, er, 'relaxed' approach to self promotion. :)

He's extremely talented and I believe is actually quite open and friendly underneath all his comic aggression.
