I wouldn't go down the freefloats road. Waste of money! In addition the decks become all wobbly etc.
The concrete slabs are definitely the way forward. Solves both the vibration and the resonance problem! We had a 50kg slab under each turntable at our gigs and it really worked wonders - made the decks really stable
You can have tennis our squash balls under the concrete slabs if the conditions are really crap, but normally the slabs on their own should just do.
If you got shitloads of money to spend you could also get special feet for your decks http://www.isonoe.com/
