Oh Yeah it's simply the best production software available.

The quality of the sound is second to none.

I had dabbled in a friends copy of reaktor 3, and must say I am very impressed in the changes contained within version 5.

Does Reaktor 5 have a sequencer. Do you need to use it with another program to arrange and edit?

if u mean "sequencer" like in some production software (logic, cubase, live) then no. If u mean like a step sequencer, then yes.
Image we are all atomic and subatomic particles and we are all wireless...

I bought Reaktor5 couple months ago, It's only one thing I need in my "studio"...

ehm, second thing is someone who can learn me thing's I don't understand :)

for me too it is THE software! it offers (almost) infinite and amazing possibilities.
the only lack for me is in sound dynamic. with hardware i get ofteen more presence...

take your time with reaktor. It's not easy if you decide to go the deeper way and build your own ensembles (still in the future for me) but the premade ensembles, a part the chunky 1000000 knobs in a square cm ones, are relatively easy to use, it's just a bit of click and see.

Once you start familiarize with the commands you'll find always more easy to use and what I like most, if you don't like some functions you can even kill em after having understood how the ensemble is made.
