mokira's new one from last april is still doing it for me. this is much closer to the sound you seek than his earlier clicks stuff.

Yep. Markus Guetner also has a new album out on this label that would fit exactly what you need. It's very Gas-ish but with no drums.

BVDub (as previously suggested) is also one of my favourites at the moment. His album under his Brock Van Wey alias (his real name) would be perfect for you.
