First heard El Baile when Ricardo was in Montreal for Mutek. Definitely a fun track. Simple and not very pretentious.

seems like it's really a very extreme love/hate track. I dj together with a girl called Arcana, and she came back from a weekend in Berlin where she heard Villa play, with the words "he ended his set with a totally crazy record! Something in spanish about this and that, really cool".
When I let her listen to 'Baile' she went mental and was going to buy it rightaway. So there you go

The downside of the story: she's going to whack this into our sets for sure, so I'll have to throw in Trompetta as a counter measure
