What?!

Hopefully they didn't hit you!

I haven't really had any weird requests or anything yet.

1. I play at a very very loud volume, I can't even hear myself talk.
2. Everyone's too busy dancing ;)

I am sure some weird things will happen though. It's inevitable really.

Or maybe they have happened and I was just too stoned to remember them.

don't forget the part where he shook it around like it was a dog with a bone.

- could you play some rock tunes (in the mid of a breakbeat elektro set)
- oh god, i want to scratch a little bit
- what is this black thing for? (vinyl)
- i like the way you produce music with this (tweaking knobs on the mxer)
- can you please put rolando's jaguar (i instantly die when someone mentions that tune)
- you are not a dj (playing with cd players while the trntables are shut)
Drop the idea of becoming someone else, because you are already a masterpiece.

oh i forgot one of my favorite...

when I play, I sometimes like to throw random marchandise articles to hype the crowd and people usually like it. Once I played in Lisbon in a pretty mellow club, playing my dubby thinner material to a very attentive crowd. Towards the end, I get a CD album and throw it in the crowd. To my surprise, people avoided it and let it fall to the ground and then ignored it.

After a few minutes, a hesitant girl decided to pick up the cd and bring it back to me. I had to argue so she could keep it... she really wanted me to keep it back. :?

Very weird moment.

Hahaha, I can sooo picture that moment....

Weird stuff happening to me?

Pffff... Probably the funniest was a girl asking me to play "Grease" @ a student party...

Besides that, I really never hear that much when I'm playing...

thankfully not... that was in 1994 and honestly, it was the last time I played Aphex Twin. Traumatised!

DJing in New York, you get asked to play hip hop almost every freaking set.
Yo, you got any Biggy, Puffy, Missy, Beaties... SUCK IT. no

Also in New York at the Limelight I was offered $20 to play Motley Crue... took the $20 and sent my friends off to get drinks :) Obviously didnt' have the Crue with me!
