closing party was last weekend, so im not sure it would be open. the bar is actually in danger of having to totally move out by the ned of the month.

look up hotel friedrichshain for something within budget and even walking distance of watergate.

there havent actually been an contracts signed for new development for this particular plot of land, btu the landlord is speculating like crazy. court date to stay is set for december. nobody knows what is happening.

They were trying to do the same thing in downtown Miami, threatening Space, PS14, etc. One good thing that came out of the real estate crash is that condo sales tanked & then froze completely in south Florida. So, the downtown clubs are safe as far as that is concerned for now.
