closing party was last weekend, so im not sure it would be open. the bar is actually in danger of having to totally move out by the ned of the month.

They were trying to do the same thing in downtown Miami, threatening Space, PS14, etc. One good thing that came out of the real estate crash is that condo sales tanked & then froze completely in south Florida.
