[UND014] DIRECTIONS EP - TERRENCE DIXON * REACTIONS *

Post by underl_ne »

RICHIE HAWTIN- Thought it was ok, similar to his old stuff in the way that its very minimal and doesnt do that much... but with better sound quality... would be nice if things had developed more... but then again, i cant really say that as my music is probably the same to others too. HA :) Order of Operations is my fav. r

CLARK WARNER- Remember Rescue was my favorite. Metallic and dark echoes refreshing a Basic Channel theme. Diggin’ the zone on this one.
Second up is In Flight. Sexy and retro; ready for the night drive...

RYAN ELLIOTT- Remember Rescue is guaranteed to dominate early morning dancefloors - i know these things!!! thanks much. all the best from detroit.

THREE / HALLUCINATION LIMITED- some way above average underground techno and electronica here.... in league with andrew weatherall. a feather in Underlines cap for sure.

DJ CHLOE - Yesss i like! Proper old school warehouse vibe. Especially order of operation. Awesome release. Old skool vibes delicious

I don't like it that much... But it would fit very nice with sexy electro sets. I imagine mixing it with some Aux 88 and Jimmy Edgar things, but not with the typical "minimal" sound I like.

Qodeval and Confetti Bomb's (digital) releases are still my fav on Underl_ne ;)

for some reason, the one track that i like on the qodeval release got so low volume compared to the others (at least on my vinyl copy) :S go figure..

on topic: nice release, but the tracks are so short?!?!?
