Don't really agree with Ananda and Eulberg being "upcoming" dj's/producers... Same goes for Milligan... Skils and Secret Cinema are well know in Holland but internationally, it would be great to see them break through...

Look out for Pitto (solo and with Jackmate)...

i would say James Hill and Paul Goodman, they have played some awsome sets, and have two gigs at multivitamins coming up, one in november and one in december.

I'd say all the people listed in the first post are beyond up and coming. Those guys are quite established imo. Bart Skils...there are far better DJs in Holland, he just knows the right people to play the right parties.
