custom made ones should do it.
- you can choose between different filters that reduces/takes away dB/certain frequencies
- the filters are easy to change (you're not stuck with the one you choose the first time)
- it's expensive, yes, but it's worth it if you think of how valuable you're ears are.
there was a similiar topic on an norwegian partyforum where a guy said that his mother commited suicide because she couldn't handle having tinnitus. after he spoke with the priest at the hospital, the priest had told him that persons who got tinnitus, at least here in norway, are among those at the top of the statistics of people who commit suicide, so it's nothing to fool around with. once you got it, it's no way back (though it's possible to learn how to ignore the noise).
