This whole discussion just doesn't make sense. If you don't like the quality/price ration than don't buy it. Besides, as has been illustrated clearly in this topic, they don't decide on the price completely. The shops do. All these records are pressed on 180 gr. vinyl, are mastered by the best in the industry, have expensive artwork and breath love and passion all together. If you don't think that justifies the price than don't buy it, but don't go and shout bullshit remarks that imply they are in it for the money. I know for a fact that these guys earn their money dj'ing and not from selling records. Pressing 300 copy's just isn't going to make you any money when you wield such high standards in pressing,mastering, artwork etc..
And about the 'why don't they press more records' question...my guess is that they are making a statement against the reification of consumer products and, more important, just want their music to end up with the people who truly love this music.
I said it before and say it again, if you don't think this music is good enough to justify the price, than don't buy it.
