Coincidence. The only relation between both tracks is they're both shuffled in the bass frequencies...like 90% of the techno coming out these days. They're both solid tracks, but the Wagon Repair release is better. If you want I could probably make an identical bassline rather easily.
Also, Mathew Jonson runs Wagon Repair...if Jonson put a release out knocking off the exact same idea I might have some sympathy, but the fact is he purchased these tracks from Luca, and it's not like MJ said, "Here...I got this demo, could you possibly rip it off and give it back to me so I can release it?"
