This may be just an elaborated guess, but what if he used some old bad recorded material that he couldn't recreate again and thought "I don give a fck, I'm making a tune of this" Weird.

here are the samples from this ep:

2 tracks in this vinyl. The two previously release on this label were much better than this imo.
Also I'm not sure about the quality of "The blessing". I hope they dont make a mistake about mastering/pressing like ASC004..
