maybe 'effort' is a better word.

it's really easy for everyone to play an appropriate dj set if you have tracklists and auto sync..

i would only worry about that, if to be DJ is my only Job and not my hobby

and if it is your job, you have to bring more than find records and pitch them

no...that's false...
a dj set with same tracks won't work always good...there always be different people, places, ambients and vibes so is VERY FALSE what you said...djing is not all about promos and autosync, this will be always a fight against Hawtin, and is a shame people can see beyond that.

If you are not a very good dj that depends on promos to keep crowd up, well yes get worry!
