Our tips are quite good yes. My rent is £1500 a month though, so its not so much money when you take into account the living costs in London.

yeah it's ridiculous.. a friend of mine is working in london for a year and he lives in a ROOM not in a flat, in a single ROOM and pays 700£ per month..

i pay 750 all in for me and my missus live in Pimlico. Great means that i walk to work and have no bills other than the internet.

fine by me. its under 100 a week for me :)

guess it depends where the room is... and what your priorities are...
rent prices in london vary massively from area to area...

Well I'm in Shepherds Bush, which is pretty central (I can get to Oxford Circus within 7mins) so its a good price for what I have.

I like to live West as I have a little daughter and find it has a better community vibe then most places and there is tons of greenery around.
