Your Favourite Vst's for Bass?
the advantage is that pitch is related to tempo. shocking eh? the bigger the interval bertween two mixed sines, and the higher their pitch, - the more often the beatings occur. lower pitch and closer intervals, - more distant beatings. ever wondered why alot of dance tracks are in the same key? take some time to think about it.hydrogen wrote: I'm still not seeing the advantages of finding the optimal points of the bass line and just looping that? Especially if your bass is like 1 bar or 1/2 bar length
and now you've helped me solve a large part of the puzzle for me. I'm totally blown away. thing is, use one synth, whatever it is, but you got to know how it works really deeper. I mean, If you know how to use really well a synth, you can make everything you want.
I'm using Linplug albino 2 (not 3), RGC zeta+, sometimes Novation BassStation and sonic charge microtonic (awesome by the way).
Anyway, sometimes I'm doing something weird. I'm using kick samples to make sub bassline, someone have already do that ? (It sound pretty good).
Of course, there are audio FX,EQ and editing on the kick ...
