cause RA lists 2 events in february?

i think you have a wrong perception about what is doing good.

i think for a DJ today its really hard to live just of his gigs. at least that is what many of the DJs i met are telling me. in europe and germany/UK especially there are like a million DJs.

and if you look at the event list of an established, i think respected DJ like binh, the only thing it tells me, is to stay out of the game.

BTW: does the new RA Layout suck or what.

well he's playing with people like ricardo for example. or at least opening for him. thats a lot of exposure right there. also, theres not that many gigs but hes playing in quality places like rex club. also, i doubt every gig he is playing is listed on RA. but i understand that it is hard to make a living from DJing and that the competition is just ridiculous because there are so many DJs. but anyway he is on a booking agency so I think he gets paid decently for his gigs. I heard Lutz's fee for example is really high...but obviously its niche music and not everybody will book DJs like that.
