i dont understand the harsh comments on this.

b-side is killer IMO... maybe not a dancefloor killer but works on many more levels than that. beautiful groove and delicate /subtle harmony

most of the new output from her is far removed from "dance" music anyway so maybe she got sick of making that stuff and is looking towards the future, perlon as well. of course not everyone can like it at first

Even if it's more "chill-out", no, I don't find it exceptional at all.

An eternal question of tastes.

But we must keep in mind that it's not because it's signed on Perlon that it's automaticaly timeless. ;)

Dragonsand wrote:Hum, no, not into this release a lot.

When I try to listen to it without thinking that it's a "perlon" one, I feel it pretty average.

Even if I'm not fan of the vocals, I prefer the Markus Nikolai one.
must say i agree ... it quiet dont feel like a perlon to me when listening, and when i read the posts made bevore it seems i`m not the only one... still waiting to listen to the full tracks, maybe then ...

also prefer the new markus nikolai, sounds nice ;), still perlon ...

some hard words on this release....i like the b side a lot and like always the music from maayan is simple, but high effective in a mix or on the dancefloor.
