Regarding Montreal's scene

i always thought Montreal was booming too,,, untill you go there on a non festival weekend and find nothing but house/trance/hard techno going on.. mainly after hours too. given the names coming out of MTL its surprising to hear not much goes on, but its not the artist's with the lack of ambition/interest into the scene.... wish there was a city in canada that did support such a scene.

ive had problems finding gigs here, cuz i dont wanna buy records, or mp3s that are more " commercial " and have to change my style to play. instead i think ill try to hook as many as my friends as possible to minimal, everyone out there do the same until theres no sh!t music left in clubs.

and maybe then ill wake up
