I got my last Plak package in about a months time. Plak is a great store but if I could only stress that the records should be better packaged. I recieved the Sonje lomidhigh record warped and the package box looked like somebody played soccer with it. If the package would of had better padded and/or a more durable thicker box, the record would have been more safe.

I got my last Plak package in about a months time...

this has to do with the swiss post, for some reasons (one being not part of the EC) i think the other post offices take the swiss outgoing parcels as their lowest priority. I've also had a package sent from switzerland to paris and it took the parcel 11 days (i'll probably do better by walking) to get to the final owner... I was really shocked because i've actually paid for the best and fastest possible service...

So i'd only advise you to carefully check out the stamps date, which is your only way to know when the parcel as been sent, and though file a complain at your post office... Which i did and got money back.
