Yay! More redheads for me, then! :D

But seriously though, I think it's pretty important.
I used to be with a girl who loved all electronic music except for what I played. She hated minimal house/techno and especially house trax. She said it all sounded unfinished and too repetitive. If I were to follow her advice, my music would sound like trance or progressive!

i think it's important, but it's more a matter of 'good' (cultural) taste. if they like beyonce they'll probably wanna watch tempation island on tv and go to horrible movies too... i hate commercial crap so i couldn't live together with someone like that, but if they like sonic youth or guru's jazzmatazz in stead of luciano that's fine with me :)

it's more important that they have black curls 8) ;)

It's pretty important but I don't think that it would be the MOST important thing in a relationship. :)

I kinda said earlier that it makes no difference.

Alriiight.

Check this out. (sighhhhhhh)

I met a girl the other day. We talk. We find each other (hopefully) very interesting. And out of basically nowhere she starts talking about electronic music. "I don't think it qualifies as music...". Did not reply that. Instead, as I was mildly pissed-off, I, somewhat naturally, by a sort of unconscious defense mechanism, started ranting on and about how the world sucks sometimes... until I could feel she was totally turned off... as I was.

A nice demoiselle. I hope she finds true love one day.
