Ehm, what do you guys mean when saying it's working?
Are you liking that the government controls when you can drink or not?
well, in a way, yes.
you can't drink alcohol after 2 o'clock in clubs.
some minor venues, or independent clubs, sometimes sell booze after 2 o'clock, but it's unusual. :(
Im going tom Rome and Napoli 24-27 January, this sounds horrible.

hahahahahahaha you're so right.

I've been living in Milan for 4 years. Used to go a lot in squats ( centri

sociali in italian ) where u can find underground artists of any aspect.
It's ridiculous how hard we try.

phew! i'm not the only one who finds it EXTREMELY f*^KNG annoying when mc's ramble on and introduce artists and wish random people a happy birthday... it's like they need to drum up a bit of excitement in the club and get people putting their hands in the air, the whoo hoo type thing, pfft..!

it only seems to go on in italy

i'm so glad that doesn't happen in the UK.

went to magazzini generali one night when galluzzi played, really nice club and good atmosphere. maybe a bit too high covercharge (think i payed 25€), though it included a drinkticket (or what to call it)
mind you guys, if you come to ITALY from today on you can't get any alcohol in clubs after 2 a.m.
that's a new law and it looks like it's working.
This law is working no more.. Canceled..
..keep the underground alive..

you might want to check out www.magazzinigenerali.it.
they're running the open-air summer location at "cafè solaire" now.
more info to follow, if any.
also check out trak or privat_party. they're like monthly events but dunno if they're on during summertime.
it's pretty lame here actually. :(
