so if one were to buy a computer for producing you would recommend a macbook pro laptop?

Workhorse laptop, will do the job, same as an alternative laptop based on similar spec and configuration...

Did get my mac pro today.
2 x 3,0 ghz and 2 gb ram.

Quite nice :)
