so i was talking with Cyhl and the best solution for track arrangement would be ableton's Live.
we can do loops in whatever app we are comfortable and then export them to live for further arrangement.

i presume that some of the interrested aren't using the same programs for production,so if you don't have live please try to get it somewhere.


as for now there are three serious candidates including Cyhl, Little_G and myself.
i hope that others who are interrested will pm me so we can agree on everything we need.
