It will not teach you how to make interesting sounds. Only you can figure that out. It's up to you to figure out how to put the blocks together. Or rather, what to make out of them.
this vst can make that exact sound, it sounds very analog.

you have to modulate the pitch and filter of a saw/sine wave with the lfo.
the presets wont get you there, you'll have to set it up youself
