all publicity is good publicity?

its not hollywood guys. i think the "producer" involved would probably prefare not to have this sort of publicity.

I think all this action is due to the lobby of this guy,by the people he knew.He will lose honor,but so what?Many ppl find out that there is someone like L.Pardini,and that it is sufficient for him.He get its bowl of steaming porridge,or booking in the local club with few free beers;).

yes it is , from the start look that in a couple of hours he made 500 people look at this threat and for example if i would listen to that track now and liked it , i would buy it no matter the background of the track , it`s not like his the first one to sample a song with or without a approval, whats the big deal?

i have to agree here: i even listened to a couple of minutes of the track...
having bad publicity is not the worst thing that can happen, if people completely ignore you it is much worse imo
this point is, of course, valid only under certain conditions
