it's an 808 kick with a rim shot stacked on top of it with a short release
you can make that sound with the nepheton all day long

nice one... yeah... i was wondering what the extra noise on the kick was. that sounds about right.

I reviewed this plug and it is actually pretty tight. The method and speed you can tune is highly recommended. expensive but worth it imo.
