well, i have to admit that it's really cheap for up here - normally you'd probably pay about 100 to 200€ more, depending on the location and the condition of the flat.
and mind you: the next bigger cities are either kiel (50 mins), hamburg (2 hours) or aarhus/dk (2 hours)...
