The most interesting stuff seems still missing. The first ten minutes for example, or the one after Mikael (though that one sounds like some private bootleg/edit/whatever)

Why do I never hear music like this when I go clubbing? Is that stuff really so unaccepted by the general clubbers or are most DJs just to unoriginal to play more interesting music?
