the vice party was pretty weak..the pa was horrible..and there were a lot of uk neorave kids. free beer and jägermeister was ok

Party-wise, pretty shitty compared to last year. Narod Niki was great, and I enjoyed Secret Sundaze as well, but apart from that there were no real treats. Went to two Beachparties that got cancelled - including the minusparty which was an absolute bitch to get to and even harder to get home from. Oh yeah, THe Alphahouse party on the beach in El Prat was good as well, but again really far out. Overall, too much time used in trains and taxis, and too few good parties.

Still had a nice trip though, being in Barcelona with friends, rooftop terrace and music can't go wrong!

True, there were many more parties on the beach last year.

But Narod Niki was great (techno-jazz ?), as well as the Beastie Boys live on Friday.
And I enjoyed a lot the Minus party on Sunday at City Hall.

imo, thats 50% of the experience if you're not going to the actual festival (sonar by day at least). so in one way id say im glad i didnt go this year, but if i go next year, i really hope the beachparties at nova mar bella etc are back up and running
