I like to do things like take on remix projects, DJ more (esp. digging for old records), and writing banks of synth presets. Writing synth patches always seems to help me a lot.

Watch porn and after that, bone.. the next morning stay alone, no tv, radio music etc. and listen to all the small sounds around you... you will pick up many small sounds from your daily life that will give some sort of inspiration.
then smoke a j., bone again (in the woods this time) and get back to work !

ok i'm kidding... but check all the small sounds around you and RELAX... you will end up with some ideas... it happens to me, but maybe i'm just a freak...

I always find it inspriring to read something complex,
like sociological theory, philosophy, or just Houllebecq.
the last one being similar to watchin porn in some cases..

but if that does not help, take a walk, but not talking to people definitely helps, and a beer is not bad as well, you just should not make it a habit...

also not producin alone but havin somebody around, who collaborates with you can be really really inspiring...
