holding alt-f4 will make it sound perfect, it adapts to the track playing

i boost the 16 K totaly up, i take down the 3k 6k 12k, i leave the 14 k in the middle, then
1k and 600 are boosted to the max, 310 is boosted by half, 170 & 60 is boosted totaly up!

It works for me, try it!
