If using iTunes:

First start your iTunes or other podcast software (such as Juice).
Then Go in the "Advanced" menu, select "subscribe to podcast"

then add the link "http://www.pinksilver.net/podcast/feed.xml" to your subscription, this is a RSS feed, that's why its an xml file.
