Regular xone 92 can do that?
No but the Ctrl can't either.

They use Ableton, combined with a plugin (psp 42/82 i guess). The only thing they are doing with the xone is using the filter knobs to control Ableton (via midi snd). You can do that with the regular xone 92, no problem.

If you dont want to use a laptop, you can achieve the same effect with lexicon hardware (on wich the psps are based). . The smaller unitys are around 200 bucks and have a pretty nice sound (much better than pioneer or korg effects).[/quote]
