…found this reviews and I just can agree
Villalobos and Luciano.... The dynamic duo, meanwhile, were in fine form for about two thirds of their set, opening with slinky, sexy funk in the vein of Daze Maxim's unbeatable Simply Driving Gold....
Daze Maxim's new single—his third for his own Hello? Repeat label, after two under his Heartz4 alias—starts out like approximately 638 other "minimal" records released this month do. That's not a criticism, but simply a reminder that a few bristly beats and a funky turn of tom don't signify anything terribly radical in 2006, if they ever did. But the Polish-born, Düsseldorf-based artist seems to know that too, because after 48 introductory bars of agreeable analog pitter-patter, his voice assumes command, weaving between wriggly rhythmic figures and pulling you deeper into the mix. He may not be Al Green, or even Jamie Lidell, but his heavy-lidded Lothario act is convincing enough, and his voice has enough grain and bend in it to carry the tune into the qualifying rounds for sexiest House number of the year. He knows the conventions well enough to throw them to the winds, sliding out of key long enough to color notes blue—without turning cheeks green. And when the kick drums and hi-hats enter in full force, bashing away in a simple four-beat pattern, it's a reminder that despite all of minimal Techno's obsession with rhythmic trickery, sometimes simplicity is the most direct route to the listener's heart (and the dancer's ass).
