Lexicon PSP plugins

I'm kinda new to this, but I see Hawtin getting crazy fx with these plugins since a couple of years now.
I saw a few things on the internet about the PSP 42 and the PSP 84. Now I have two questions:

*Is it right to say that the PSP 84 can do the same as the PSP 42, namely delays, but besides this also uses filters and reverb?
My second question is:
