don't forget the tube compressors - totally essential!

Also have your delays on a send line and have a filter before the delay and sweep the frequency that's delayed.

Ditto with reverbs. Big, roomy reverbs but only send a small amount to them and let the compression big it up.

Yeah, just use an ableton resonator, a gate, and then a filter delay or ping pong delay... you'll be deadbeat in a few minutes...
