i get out of it by not listening to what anyone else is doing, and ignoring everything i know about how to make electronic music, then make a tune which totally breaks all the rules.
by dislocating myself from the genre cliches, i find an infinite number of options opens up for me.
i'm not saying the results always work, but it opens up new neural pathways to follow, and allows the old ones to grow over.
if that doesnt work, i smoke weed in the shower.

...sh*t mate, that's not like you. Your output is higher than anyone on the forum - take a break for a week or two, you deserve it!
..and like someone else said, if you can't drag yourself away don't work on tracks, just put the hours into working on sounds / samples etc - always helps to inspire.
