Ableton Live render problem

Post by Robot Criminal »

well the issue is that when i produce in live and make some effects with sends and stuff (u know, send your hh to send with delay and some effects and freeze the delay and stuff like that) and it sounds all nice and neat in live. But when I bounce/render to audio, the send (effects) are awful quiet, allmost nothing audible so it's impossible to get the levels right. :x

Is there a way to render only sends? Cuz i haven't found the way to do this.

some effects tend to kill drums in live... in "audio to" select "sends only" and turn the "send knob" to max on the selected channel...

do you use the "send only" option in "audio to"? This solved the problem for me a while back... It can also be because of a bug in a particular vst. Try to disable each vst you got on sends or master channel (one at a time) to see which one´s causing the problem.

Turn on PreFader Sends.
Lower fader for each track...use utlity plugin if the fader was not at
unity.
