FLAC stands for Free Lossless Audio Codec.
It's a compression format without loss of quality. The ratio of compression is about 1:2. It means that if your wav weights 1GB the corresponding flastored compressed on your HD and uncompressed when you play it (via WinAmp by example). With Flac files you can easily burn audio compilation using Nero.
All unfoundsoundrecords'releases are available in mp3 and flac format.
