I just saw Batman Begins and thought that was really good.
Looking forward to A Scanner Darkly finally coming out also - that's done in this mixed media style too. There's a trailer clip here
I liked the image of Sin City but didn't really go for the story so much - good film all the same I reckon.
sin city
I liked Sin City... as some have mentioned its pretty stylized, kitsch even, but then it is based on graphic novels, and the idea of recreating them in live action... I thought it had been done fantastically well, and really felt like you were watching a comic book.
Also Liked batman Begins, to my mind the best Batman film theres been over the last few years... and I think Christian Bale makes a great Bat.
I saw Irreversible the other week... now that films pretty mad... and pretty dark too... got some bits in it that are VERY graphic in what they show... its a French film too, so hasn't got any Hollywood blockbusterishness about it
