I have the original releases rosmarin and it IS the exact same track.
So i guess the only one who can clear things up is Peter Ford himself.

I wonder if here is the only place in the web this issue is discussed?

Nevertheless, if it is plagiarism it`s a very dumb move to think that nobody will recognise it.
The Techno community is grown old and has knowledge about the musical history of this genre - espacially
when it`s a widely recognised release like the Background label Compilation (esp. as Baby Ford was on their artist roster...)

So, unless you know how one can copy a track from the future, it's obvious who copied who.


I was also thinking, even if Baby Ford ghostwrote it for Stefan, it's still a cvnt move to release it under your name.
