.. ABLETON LIVE REAKTOR PROBLEM .. Please .. help .. !

Allright.. I've live 5.0.2 all nicely set-up.

And i just installed reaktor 5.0.0.080 on top of that with no problems..

Now when im in reaktor and want to delete something using the <DEL> or <BCKSPACE> it just keep on deleting stuff in live, its very onioning and i just can't get it to work..

Mtv, please pimp my REAKTOR..!

i use reaktor with live...but that's enigmatic!
you mean like you have some devices in reaktor and if you erase them it erases you something (what sort of things?) in live??

hmm i sometimes have this prob in cubase too.. seems to be a reaktor thing... just right-click and select delete

i don't think that this is a bug. it's a conceptual problem in the development of host-applications: short cuts (keyboard commands) can either be handled by the sequencer/host or passed through to the vsti-plug in. there is no possibility for LIVE to decide whether you mean the reaktor- or the live-shortcut.

some time ago i red an interview with an developer of native instruments who told about this. it was annoying for him, too.

I think Live forbids plugins to make use of keyboard shortcuts, same for few other hosts.
