-everything you think, do and say
is in the pill you took today-

-life is of the nature of water:
it always seeks the deepest place,
which is always below in the darkness
and heaviness of the earth.-

do you all know whats actually happen to spencer??

i hope the amount, exposure etc. belongs directly to him!! (i dont think thats the case in this rerelease)

For newbies, read this:

Since 2009, a glut of reissues have emerged on the likes of Planet E and Distance. The article, however, suggests that very few labels have bothered to make the requisite arrangements to ensure the destitute Kincy gets paid (note: no specifics are given on who has, or hasn’t, been doing right by Kincy). The article is recommended reading, both as a primer to Kincy’s work, and as a cautionary tale about the baleful indifference of the ‘Reissue! Repackage! Repackage!’ machine.
There is now a veritable cottage industry built up around Spencer Kincy. Spencer Kincy himself has no part in it.

keep this above in mind

respect fo a genius

There is a person collecting royalties for Spencer's publishing. And the RAWAX guy says that they 'have an account' for Spencer, so apparently it's a legitimate reissue... Still, he fails to answer the question 'Have you found Spencer?' directly.

i agree your thoughts, but is it okay to make something from the work and name of a person without the permission? Cause he is lost?

if RAWAX did that, its honourable. But when Spencer is lost, how can they ensure that Spencer get the amount. And how much is the amount for each copy? I didnt read their FB announcement yet, so maybe you can clearify my questions?

The person you mean is the writer of all gemini articles on 5 MAG Chicago: terry matthews

the story update link is broken :( i had this as a site print on my external HD, maybe i will find it

No. I mean the person Terry speaks about in his article.
Terry Matthew wrote:I think most people would agree that there's a fairly thick line between "celebrating the music" and "exploiting someone who can probably not defend himself." Is Spencer being paid for all of these re-issues? The evidence I have suggests a mixed bag. More than a year ago I heard from the man in charge of collecting royalties for Spencer's publishing; he indicated that only a handful have contacted him.

the story about spencer kincey is so sad. the fact that he's disappeared makes me have a bad conscience about the repress.

i wish gemini all the very best and that he see something from the amount.
