We are back for another season at Bazaar in Brussels on the Saturday 1st of september, with a brand new sound-system and quite a few changes coming up too: we will be now operating monthly and from october on, we will develop Leftorium on two different floors at Bazaar...

In the meantime, we are kick-starting the proceedings, still in Bazaar's basement thus, with one of the most interesting Berlin dj's, Berghain/Panorama Bar's resident and Dial artist Efdemin !

Be it as a singer in a band years ago or trough composing theatre-music and playing as a DJ in clubs all over the globe, Efdemin's presence on the scene has been truly felt. Since his debut, Joni in 2001 Efdemin has released his music on Dial (with other artists such as Lawrence and Pantha du Prince) or Belgium's Curle and has developed a unique approach to house and techno music, the result being a unique combination of sounds ranging from experimental minimalism to deep house to straight-up techno and into afterhours-inspired loop tracks. Key tracks "Acid Bells", "America" or his hommage to "Bruxelles" have forged his path to timelessness next to his now utterly classic "Chicago" album. His approach to djing is open-minded and very driving.
