Allways a pleasure when a "real" label opens netlabel section

Welcome to our brand new net-label. We will be bringing you fresh music from up and coming artists on a regular basis from now on, and it's absolutely free. While the music policy won't differ too much from the vinyl label, we are going to cover slightly more diverse ground, so that home listening tunes, and experimental material will get more coverage.

Downloads will be in high quality stereo 192kbps mp3 format from Dec 05 for faster downloads.

The first Mindnet release features 4 soulful minimal tracks from North Wales producer Duckett. Duckett's previous releases include tunes on Mindyourhead records

Duckett's inimatable style has a deep and elusive melancholic feel, but with hope never far away. Simplicity from complexity, with warm flavours of jazz, washes of textural percussion, and oozing with soul.

I finally had time today to listen to it and it fitted well my headspace for this calm hangover. Nicely worked out, really impressive use of textures and EQ... I really liked what I heard!
Well done, one of my favorite net release for 2005.
