maybe he sounds boring because he's getting booked at the wrong places.
his music is obviously not party-friendly.
i think he should be performing his live stuff not at mainstage floors,
but in up-floor bars or chillrooms.. or even at places like that Mutek
room where everyone wore headphones & lied on the floor...
totally agree. he's not a guy for main stages. but still he's not a very enthusiastic person. he's not a very good performer in my opinion
I don't get it? I think if you put him on in a main room (in the right context) he would tear it apart. This set has rave written all over it.:)
Yeah, but I'm speaking about this liveset in particular. Maybe for home listening is awesome (and I'm not saying sleeparchive is boring, I really love his music) But I was there at the Voltt party and he was really boring on stage for me. Just my opinion, not trying to offend anyone
I heared sleeparchive at 02:00 @sms this year and it was smashing! But it did not work out at the voltt party. Totally agree on that one.
He was making me sleepy. Think it depends on where you place him and also the crowed at voltt was quite lame if I compare it to se Germans.
