THAT is wonderful . . . I have already got Shlomi Aber's "Efrat" track lined up in my basket ready to be purchased . . . Now just to check out this recommendation you so kindly suggested.

so...

just for the record...

so everyone here is clear...

you find THAT track to be acceptable?!?!

IT SAMPLES "PHYLYPS TRAK II" BY BASIC CHANNEL AND "FEELIN' HOUSE" BY BROTHERS VIBE...

and one of them you OWN but DON'T find to be dancefloor worthy?!

I ASKED YOU for some recommendations for dub techno tracks aimed square at the dancefloor . . .Sheesh? How much MDMA have you been doing your entire life? You really are a spastic aren't you?
this is comedy gold.

your comprehension of the english language is pretty mediocre.

all i said was why don't you tell us what YOU think good dub techno is, and then we'll take it from there. but, seeing as you don't know your azz from a hole in the ground, you just keep spouting off mindless drivel and making little to no sense.

a for effort, champ.
cloutier . . . I AM the English language, deal with it.

STOP being a moron - I have already told you what I think is good Dub Techno in MY OP!!! I want YOU to tell me recommendations for GOOD DUB TECHNO that work on a dancefloor. Very simple yet your powers of comprehension seem to fail grasp this. I have no suggestions for GOOD dub techno that works on the dancefloor because ther does not seem to be much around and I must be looking at the wrong artists and labels. there's plenty for mellowing out though.

There has to be some solid tracks / artists / labels out there that I can use as a stepping stone.

cloutier, oh dear, oh dear oh dear oh dear . . READ the post agaaain. I said I already HAD a track lined up by that artist to buy. I never even said that the artist in question was making dub techno, nothing of the sort. I then said I would listen to your recommendation, I am still here writing to you. I have not listened to it. I have no idea what it sounds like. jeeez are you like retarded or something? So what if a track has a "sample" in it, how does that in any way make it a great dacefloor track? I think you are an internet geek who doesn't go out because you are ugly or smelly or just simply repels girls in a general way. i have yet to listen to the track / album whatever it was that you suggested. I will listen to it shortly if it is possible.

Clearly, Instrusion, Rhythm & Sound etc. is more ambient and atmospheric than say, something by Brendon Moeller which is aimed more at the dance floor.

Some producers that I think make more upbeat/club-friendly dub techno:-

Luke Hess;
Brendon Moeller;
Deadbeat;
Scuba (Mostly under his SCB alias);
Levon Vincent.
Hi kgw - that Luke Hess has some good tracks! Just going to go through his stuff on Beatport and let you know if I find anything that is what I am searching for, you might be able to help refine my search when I throw some tracks at ya!

cloutier - that State Of No One (Shlomi Aber Deep Dub) seems great but I just couldn't tell much from the section they'd supplied. Seems to be on the right track though. Perhaps somethig with a bit of melodica in it?

just so we're on the same page...

basic channel isn't dancefloor friendly.

THUS...

phylyps trak II, by basic channel, shouldn't be dancefloor friendly

BUT...

a track that blatantly rips off phylyps trak II, by basic channel, IS dancefloor friendly?

i seriously think i have blood coming out of my ears right now. i should lay down.
