Knoxville's not far away either and we've got a decent techno scene. I just brought Levon Vincent down on 1/21, sorry you missed it, but we had a great crowd, non-stop dancing. Also had DVS1, Kyle Geiger, and Detroit Techno Militia last year, in addition to plenty of guests from throughout the Southeast region including released producers like Oliver Dodd, Piltdown Sound, Empathic, Grey People, John Napier, and Hemiptera.
Coming up in February we've got a double-headliner feature with KiloWatts and Kyle Geiger, along with Piltdown Sound and myself supporting, and a couple other locals.
That's Feb. 25
If I'm not mistaken, Cleveland is a 4-5 hour drive away.
And it's looking like Drumcell in March.

Also, I will vouch for Aaron and the Humanaut guys. Good people, and good parties from what I hear. Haven't been to one of their Philly parties, but we talk a lot and they know what's up. Donato Dozzy was there on 1/14Phase Ghost wrote:Humanaut's an ace crew. Played for them a few times. Is Disco Donnie still doing shows in Columbus?
When I was living in New Olreans, and Donnie was having his problems with the infamous Rave Act after the State Palace Theater debacle, I know he left and began doing a lot of events in Columbus, OH. Now I think he's in LA, but if he's going stuff in Columbus, then that's something that might be appealing for Cleveland folks.
