actually it doesnt..

cause u have to check every day if the item is already in your basket and ready to be bought.. if you dont do it others can still buy out the whole stock even if one is in your basket.. cause having something in your basket doesnt reserve it for you..

in fact not even buying the item reserves it for you.. happened to me four times.. i bought several releases right when they were available cause i knew they are gonna be out of stock in 1-2 days... like always i have waited for delivery until my order amount was above 100 € to get the discount.. but when they sended me my package they added to the confirmation that sadly one of the items i have ordered is out of stock..

i have confronted them very often with this issue arguing that their whole pre order thing doesnt deserve its name and that selling items which have already been bought by other clients is kind of the most ridiculous thing you can do as a business.. but these girls aren`t even answering on the issue.. they are just writing standardized mails saying that they are sorry bla bla bla..

overall their service has pretty goods sides too especially when it comes to damaged records.. but they are ingorant and immune to critisism of all kinds..
